Last time I checked you went in 6 weeks after delivery . . . yes, the baby get's seen at 2 weeks but not the mother . . . & I don't see baby Zuma or a stroller in the shot.
I doubt it was a regular post-partum check . . . she's probably getting a tummy tuck & lipo to get her body back faster!

I hate to say it but the name Zuma Nesta just sounds like a new energy drink or a new type of Herbal tea. Poor Kid. At least he's rich and his parents are two huge rock stars so he won't get teased. The real Problem is the fans of Gwen who think they are cool by naming their son after hers. Imagine a Zuma in a room full of Matthew's, Ryan', Jacob's, Tyler's, Or Johnny's. That poor Kid will get the crap beat out of them. So remember people if you aren't super wealthy give your kid a normal name. There are even studies that kids who have popular names do better in schools and are more popular.
