It looks like the girl obviously has an under bite and that would give an appearance of a chin that is longer than normal because you wouldn't have that slight natural overlap of the top teeth in front of the lower ones when the jaw is relaxed. I'll bet if she had her bite fixed, the chin thing would be less noticeable.
