The fear I and this country felt that day will forever be inbeded in our brains. I will always remember the americans that died that day. I hope the World has not forgotten this tragidy. God Bless you all on this sad and increadably hard day for us all.
I can't believe it has been 7 years! It is something that has changed all our lives forever! So sad. I say a prayer for all the families who have experienced such a great loss!
I still get goosebumps when I think about that day and whenever I watch any of the footage from 9/11. And because I live in New Jersey I know so many people who were affected by the events. My dad was suppose to be in NYC that day but the bridge was backed up for miles so thank god he never made it. My uncle is a flight attendant who was suppose to be on one of the planes that went down. And the parents of the kids I babysat for years died in one of the towers. Its soo much more a scary thing on the east coast. REMEMBER WHO IS PROTECTING THIS COUNTRY AND WHO WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO..MCCAIN 08.
Also remember the brave service men & women who have been deployed to Afghanistan & Iraq because of this terrorist act, and those who are still fighting for our country's freedom today. FREEDOM ISN'T FREE.
When the next election occurs, terrorists will try to attack us again to test our government & every American who they hate with a passion. Vote for the person you believe can best protect & defend our country.
Living near the airport, I will never forget the eerie sound of nothing…no planes flying overhead… RIP to those brave souls who died 7 years ago today.
I just walked through WTC on my way to the subway and it's awful. It feels like a mass funeral, there are funeral flower arrangements (the kind you place next to the casket) everywhere and people have put their "missing" signs back up for their loved ones. I had chills the whole time and couldn't wait to get out of there. My heart goes out to the familes who lost loved ones on this day 7 years ago. Everyday when the PATH train pulls into WTC I think about everyone who was lost that day. God bless America!
Re: State ziti – STFU YOU FUCKING CUNT.
WHAT'S THIS GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHING.
OBAMA OR MCAIN ASIDE, YOU ARE ALL AMERICANS, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LIBERALS OR CONSERVATIVES, HAVE SOME FUCKING RESPECT FOR THE DEAD.
Re: azz0r – Re: State ziti – suck my cock, assholes. i live in nyc, and i can do without your distasteful, inappropriate rhetoric. thanks, motherfucker.
as someone that lived and worked in NYC at the time today is a really tough day for me. i lost friends. i will never forget this day. rest in peace dear friends…
Re: crazymegtay – you know i agree with you. these attacks started this wars ball rolling. i hope we don't lose sight of that. we are fighting to defend those who were murdered because of the terrorists on 9/11, and to make sure it does not happen again. people forget they not only attacked us, they attacked spain, england, and scotland, and it won't stop there unless we do the stopping!
.
I hope we all stop and pray for the victims and for our soldiers today because they are the ones keeping us free and safe from this event happening again.
It was a brilliant, beautiful, blue day…. As I dropped my children off at school, the radio station I was listening to, interupted to say that a plane had hit one of the towers. How? the empire State Building was hit once, but it was in the 30's on a foggy day, no radar. As I drove away, a report came on that a 2nd plane hit the tower. The dj's were confused, how on this beautiful day could someone hit the towers? Then, then they said it was not a small cessna, as thought, but 2 commercial jets. I stopped, shaking, realizing this was not an accident. I went home and witnessed the towers going down. I continued, transfixed on the tv for a week. Both my children had classmates whose fathers were in the towers. Men who lived on the block in front of me and the block behind me were gone. I saw one father, Christopher just 2 days before at a football practice and talked. My husband, who worked in coney island, came home with dust in his hair and his car covered totally with the dust of the WTC. It was a beautiful, blue day that you thought you could see forever. The forever, unfortunatley, ended for over 2000 that day. I will never forget that 'beautiful' day. RIP Lt. C. Sullivan
Today is also happy. My nephew was born on that horrible day so I always have something positive to think about on 9/11. Happy 7th Nate!
God bless America!!!
RIP to all who were lost on that sad day.
R.I.P.
And my heart goes out to all those affected by this tragedy.

may they rest in peace and the Lord look after their families.
Very sad day indeed : (
Just like it was yesterday…..can never get the pictures out of my head.
I'm sure all the Perez liberals want us to reflect on how our foreign policy made them want to fly planes into buildings.
To those who were lost in this horrific tragedy, you are now angels watching over us…
To the families and friends who are greiving, may you find peace…
To the incredibly brave men and women who worked tirelessly on that day and to those who continue to fight, a simple "thank you" is not enough…
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!
Re: State ziti – Do you have any class or respect for others, at all? Give the rhetoric a rest for today. Jeeze.

Always remember. Never forget. 9/11
Re: State ziti –
Let's not make this a day of soapboxing, shall we? For one day, just drop party lines and be an American. You should be embarrassed.
God bless.
So hard to believe that it has been 7 years. I feel weird because today was the same day I came out to my family.
"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
Never forget — I surely won't I was there.
God bless America!

I am so proud to be an American. May God give peace to all who lost loved ones on this tragic day.

Yeah everyone is soooo sad…when the world changes for the better than no one that died that day will have died in vein.
God Bless all the families who suffered a loss that day. And thank you President Bush for keeping us safe since then.
I can't stop crying this morning. Today is also the birthday of my deceased grandmother…..
