He probably could have voted for governor or mayor or other smaller elections like that, but at least he's registered and ready to vote for the most important!

      I believe it is NOT a publicity stunt. They registered before they took this picture so it's not that big of a deal.
      I'm so proud of them for voting and I can't wait until I can do that same. I hate when people think the right to vote is stupid. Why wouldn't you want a say in your country?
