He physically threatened a lady!!
According to reports, Gallo lacks a sense of humor AND is a huge douche.
Some crazy shiz went down with the actor and a videographer for BlackBook during Fashion Week in the NYC.
Here's the breakdown:
So yes, our videographer Liz Glover has a certain history with Vincent Gallo. And though things began civilly enough, things degenerated when — all in good fun! — Liz made a crack about Gallo's leather jacket, asking if it was in fact pleather. Let the record reflect we are in no way insinuating that Vincent Gallo would wear a pleather jacket! Quite the opposite in fact. Nevertheless, the jibe inspired Gallo's ire: "If you print that [Ed. note: 'print'?], I will track you down and make you wish you had never been born." Harsh! But Liz's daddy was a Green Beret, so she's not afeared.

J' ai vécu une expérience avec Mr. Gallo. He was quite handsome, friendly, simpatico, cute … by no means at all arrogant. Not to mention he is one of the most talented actors of your country.
After peering at his website and his 't-shirts' (which are NOTHING more than someone writing 'slogans' onto a t-shirt with an indelible marker, which is NOT even CENTERED)…this guy is a total joke.

Gallo cannot be summarized by this clip. Okay so Brown Bummy was some kind of bad cathartic experiment, but Buffalo 66 was total genius. Usually when he takes roles in other people's films he makes excellent, unique choices in character. See any of: Trouble Everyday, Stranded, House of Spirits, Get Well Soon, Freeway 2, Arizona Dream and you will see this man is a brilliant brilliant character actor. So what if he is one of the only celebrities to actually speak his mind from time to time it's truly a breath of fresh air instead of fucked up over-marketed shizz like Miley Cirus. PLus this man attempted to sell his sperm online - which is so funny it's beyond words and average comprehension. I love Vincent Gallo, he's a nutjob sometimes, but I love him.
Why is it a case of him being a douche bag for not being in the mod to put up with an interviewers shit? No matter how famous a person is in reality or in their own head, they are all entitled to feel at their wits end when people approach them and ask them idiotic, bizarre and/or relevant questions. VG is pretty eccentric and an acquired taste - cut him a break or ignore him. Enough said.
