Knight in Shining Iron Maiden Armour

Where was John Travolta????
According to the Daily Mail, Iron Maiden front man Bruce Dickenson 'flew to the rescue' of 221 stranded Brit vacationers in Egypt.
The credit crunch is global and a big British vacation package company went bust right before the weekend, leaving many holidaying Brits all around the world with no way to get home!
The heavy-metal star brushed off his captain wings with British airline Astraeus to answer the call for help.
The Mail says Dickenson's been a captain with Astraeus for two-and-a-half years, having worked for the airline for nine years. The rocker decided to become a pilot during a low point in his solo career, which began when he quit the band in 1993. He learned to fly commercial planes and secured his first job with an out-of-business airline, British World.
Dickenson told the paper, "I was just doing my job. I was called out like a lot of other pilots to help and I was obviously happy to do that. Some of the people on the flight were obviously frustrated by the situation they had found themselves in but everyone was pretty good-natured about it all."
He also said that after a nap he was heading out to Greece to pick up Brits stuck on the island of Kos.
Nice!

…. wow! what a nice guy!
Iron Maiden kicks ass, go Bruce!
That's my man BRUCE!!!
UP THE IRONS!!!!
Bruce Dickinson is like the coolest rocker ever, except for Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull of course. Yeah, I like Jethro Tull.
I am a hip hop/r&b type of girl now but back in the high school days Bruce was (and obviously still is) THEE MAN! Iron Maiden is hands down the best hard rock/metal band EVER and I love Bruce even more after this article!
Well done Bruce! In the answer to the question," Where was Travolta?"
Unless it's helping the cult make money by lulling more vunerable people in, Scientologists like him couldn't care less about the "wogs"
alright Bruce! i love that guy. He's still rockin' after 50 years
UP THE IRONS!!!!!!!!!
Aha, go Bruce!
Oh, Perez, don't you remember? Scientologists like Travolta have SUPERPOWERS. They don't need to fly their planes. Every low-level Scientologist believes that OTVIIIs have superpowers, but no one ever demonstrates them. If they did, they would have flown to the tops of the World Trade Center during 9/11 to save thousands of people, right? We need more true heroes like Bruce. Leave the Scientolocultists to spend their money on worthless tech, while real people who want to change the world actually do something about it.
Oh, man, it would have been awesome if he also sang All The Young Dudes too!
Brvce Aeris saves the day!
What a HERO!
