Girls Aloud have been around for six years and they have never split once or left only to make a comeback for more money. Geri saw her opportunity to branch out and be a solo artist so she did, without even considering the fact they were on tour. Nadine Coyle, or any of them really, could easily do that as well but they don't. Spice Girls might be more famous (Really, they were more of a fad than a music sensation) but Girls Aloud are much better musically.

The people on here that are slagging of Girls Aloud must be very narrow-minded. Perez likes this music, and whilst I understand everyone has an opinion, there's a way to go about getting it across without bashing other people's opinions. The US don't know much to nothing about these girls and their music. They were formed on a reality show called Popstars : The Rivals where a boy-band and girl-band where created and then released a single on the same day and the winning band won a christmas number one and a recording contract, whilst the losers go back to there normal lifes. The band was created by the public and 6 years on, they're the biggest girlband in the UK (chart wise, not globally!). They're also the most successful act to date that has been formed by a talent contest. They've released 4 studio albums, a greatest hits record and a 5th studio album is on the way! They've gone on 4 UK sold-out arena tours and released 18 singles, and not on of them has missed out on being in the top 10! Not to mention that they've won best pop single of the last 12 months 4 times!!! Oh, and one of them is in the judging panel of our equivalent of American Idol! I loved the Spice Girls, but compared to Girls Aloud they're just a mediocre pop-group. Spice Girls was more of a lifestyle and "craze" if you will, but Girls Aloud are about ground-breaking music.
Nobody compares to the Spice Girls. I tried to give it a chance but I didnt like it at all. I cant believe The Spice Girls even got brought up.
I'll be the first to admit that not all of the girls can sing amazingly, but together they have that something. The X-factor! Nadine's voice would rival Mariah's! (YouTube Nadine Coyle "Fields Of Gold", " Show Me Heaven" and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody"!) Sarah has the personality that people cannot stop talking about and creates the buzz and banter for the band! Cheryl is the fire of the group and not to mention the best dancer ever (watch The Passion's Of Girls Aloud on YouTube where she audition's for Will.I.Am's "Heartbreaker" video and you'll see what I mean!). Nicola delivers a beautiful voice and the attitude to the group and Kimberley the warmth and friendlyness and reminds the girls of Britain that they're as normal as there group of friends. There music has been critically accliamed not just by glossy magazines and tabloid newspapers, but by broadsheets and artists like the Arctic Monkey's.
Ugh, they suck big time. Mind you - so do the Spice Girls. Nasty both of them.

I like both Girls Aloud and Spice Girls - not 'love', just like. They have both had some classy songs and also some awful ones - and I think I prefer GA's personalities and looks (they are very beautiful) . Nadine actually lives full time in LA - surprised so few of you have heard of her really.
Anyway -this track starts off a bit rubbish, but sort of grows on you by the end, so give it a chance.
