She looks fine. Women who breast feed lose more weight and when they are skinny to begin with, they tend to weigh even less than they weighed before they were pregnant. She'll start putting on weight again once she stops breast feeding so much. I was 124 lbs when I got pregnant and then went down to 112 lbs while breast feeding. Leave her alone.
