The finally took a break from staging fake paparazzi shots!
And, they're actually doing some good!
Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag paid a visit too the Children's Hospital of Orange County on Tuesday.
Do 8-year-olds even watch The Hills????
The paparazzi-loving duo happily posed for pics with all the kids. As usual, they brought along their own photographer.
And, they were interviewed by Ryan Seacrest, who was broadcasting his radio show from there for the day.
Not bad for a day of "helping others"!

These two used to really bother me, but now they have really grown on me. They strick me as two of the least fake people in Hollywood. They brazenly pose for pictures and publicly proclaim their desires to be rich and famous. In other words, they are after they same exact things all the rest are, they are just bold and honest enough to admit it. I think they'll end up being really successful, one way or another.

wow, I guess I missed the part in every medical text book ever written that being visited by fame whores cures terminally ill kids! seriously though, what the hell is the point of celebrities visiting sick kids in hospitals? while i agree with many posts this pic was obviously more beneficial to them but there is some good that comes with real celebs. who do visit sick children, they get to see their fav. stars, and sometimes nice celebs do bring gifts for them so there is a point for real celebs to visit children

I've tolerated these morons in the press because it's obvious they believe that total media saturation will extend their 15 mins of fame, but this is unforgivable. They're not Ronald McDonald or Barney or even clowns (well the latter is appropriate) so these kids would see some Barbie and Ken type people and wonder who the hell they are. Where is the big cheque donation they made whilst they were there??? These two are the worst of what modern stardom has become.

First, my kids have NO idea who these people are..I havent ever even watched whatever show they are on. Second, my kid spends a TON of time in the hospital and the kids know when the appearances are fake. Their "people" come in with photo release forms and rules before they ever walk through the kids door. Fake, fake, fake. The kids know it and in my opinion, unless the kids totally love the person/character it is for self gratification. "Oh, look what I did"!!! I am so proud of myself! If you want to help, donate to a not for profit hospital. Volunteer your time there WITHOUT THE PRESS!!!
