To us, she looks like a mall girl trying too hard.
We think Fergie needs to be replaced by Rachel Bilson on the 'list'.
Even though we don't care for her, Gwennie Paltrow was a killer fashionista this year on the Iron Man promotion tour.
Her shoes were ridiculously fabulous!

Kate Hudson? Yikes, she always looks like she needs a shower and a fresh change of clothes. Although some on the list are valid, this stuff is totally political…bought and paid for!
Oh puhleease. This is PR - just like their most beautiful people (remember Kate Hudson and Rumer Willis…. yep!). With extraordinary decisions, People Magazine is trying to establish themselves as trendsetters. Too bad for them that there are "people" that use their brains.

the list is total bunk. it is all about who made the major fashion statements (the dress or looks that became "the so and so dress"). the new list, agyness deyn, kate moss, rachel bilson, victoria beckham, rihanna, christina ricci, and like it or not rachel zoe…the last one was a little painful to say. lol
