Law + Downey, Jr. = Sherlock Holmes!

Reports are surfacing that former hottie Jude Law is in negotiations to join the cast of Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes, alongside Robert Downey, Jr.
It seems Law will be playing Holmes' sidekick, Watson.
But with production beginning next month in London, they better confirm his deal soon.
Some other principal roles have yet to be cast as well, such as the main villain, Blackwood.
The movie will take pieces from both the classic stories written by Sir Aurthur Conan Doyle, as well as from the comic book series.
Let's hope this doesn't turn unto a big flop!

This guy has cheated on everyone he has been with….the looks are fading fast though.
I can't see this one being true as although Jude Law's career has been hampered by a string of failing movies he wouldnt take on a sidekick role in a guy ritchie film, also isnt Sienna Miller the female lead?
In some ways I want this rumor to be true as it would mean that miller is probably no longer attached to the film as I dont want to see her in the same movie as the much more talented Robert Downey Jnr.
Id still love to spend a night or 500 with this guy. mmm

Excuse me: Jude Law is a FORMER hottie? He's still hot in my book! But anyway, I'm SO excited about this movie cause I've read the entire first volume of the Sherlock Holmes stories and I love them! I even have a teddy bear named sherlock holmes! Although I'm a little scared they're taking stuff from the comic books, which I'm unfamiliar with and probably wouldn't like. Also, Sherlock is supposed to be tall and lean and I have a feeling that watson's gonna be taller than sherlock if it's Jude Law! Oh well, we'll see. I can't wait til the trailer comes out so I can start obsessing over it like I did with the Dark Knight! lol

He will be in a movie about a detective, well then they should investigate what happened to his hair and Sienna Miller's career.
He may have lost some hair and looks a little dated, but the sex scene he had with Rachel Weisz in Enemy at the Gates is still one of the hottest I've ever seen.
Watch people, Gwyneth Paltrow will probably get herself cast in this movie with all of her connections to everyone associated with this film.
