The celebuspawn brat was snapped at an LA Teen Vogue event sporting her newly dyed hair on Thursday.
The red does look better than the black.

In an email sent over the weekend to staffers at the Insider and sister show Entertainment Tonight, O'Brien seemingly took issue with the show's focus on fashion while people all over Iowa are struggling to put food on the table.

I am NOT a big Rumor Willis fan…but I must say this is the best I have seen her look (not that that is saying much)…but the new hair color does seem to accentuate her eyes/skin color.
