Rumer Willis still looks like a Potato Head!

The celebuspawn brat was snapped at an LA Teen Vogue event sporting her newly dyed hair on Thursday.

The red does look better than the black.

We'll give her that!

      I am NOT a big Rumor Willis fan…but I must say this is the best I have seen her look (not that that is saying much)…but the new hair color does seem to accentuate her eyes/skin color.
      If the girl had her jaw bone shaved down a little so it didn't jut so much and bought some boobs like her mom did—she might actually look female.

      Actually the red with her eye color is quite pretty. No she's not conventionally pretty and she does have an unfortunate jaw line as most point out, but she is self conscious about it so it's not cool to keep pointing it out.
