Jerry's Gun-Toting Case Dismissed

The old dog got a lucky break.
Comedian Jerry Lewis' firearm charge was dismissed by a Las Vegas judge on Friday.
Back in July, the funny oldie attempted to carry an unloaded concealed weapon through Vegas's McCarran International Airport.
The judge was super forgiving!
It seems like Lewis lied a bunch of times about how the gun got into his bag.
The story that stuck was that the gun was a gift that he'd placed in a carry-on bag more than a year ago.
He said he 'forgot' it was in the bag until he was stopped at the airport's security checkpoint.
Jerry's lawyer calls the quick resolution "a good result for great guy."
If a regular person made the 'mistake' Jerry made and lied like he did, we're sure they wouldn't have received Jerry's light slap on the wrist.
It pays to be famous (and rich)!

it doesnt hurt that he had no prior history, and that he does alot for charity- most judges would consider all those facts-

I would rather have Obama anyday than a salmon fisherman/dog musher with no political experience for president…and I'm not referring to Sarah Palin. I'm referring to her husband who runs the show and if McCain dies as he has a one in three chance of doing, than guess what - Mr. Palin will be calling the shots (He's sitting in on her meeting now)..
