Dog Calls 911, Saves Owner…For the Third Time

When Buddy the dog saw that his master was having a seizure, he knew exactly what to do.

The 18-month-old German shepherd had been trained by Paws With A Cause to bring his owner the phone and bring it to him whenever he is in trouble. When Buddy picks up the phone, his teeth make contact with the 911 button on speed dial.

The 911 emergency operator could hear Buddy whimpering and barking, and sent an ambulance to the address.

This is the third time Buddy has had to call 911 for his master, who suffers potentially life-threatening seizures as a result of a head injury suffered while serving in the military.

My grandma is a ghost in my house and my cat looks up in the air
at her everyday and meows to her. The cat's eyes look like they are scared to death. It's funny. Animals are so smart and open to everything.

Re: PoisonBitchyIvy – I fully agree with you….animals are very intelligent and 'open'. My dog (may she rest in peace) used to look up into the SE corner of the livingroom, in our previous home, and growl. I know for a fact that our house was haunted….the apparitions are well documented.
In fact, I now have a cat who is MUCH better than a doorbell. I don't know how he does it, but….whenever he makes a beeline for the spare bedroom, my doorbell will ring within 10 minutes….without fail. It has gotten to the point that whenever I see him sprint…I start heading for the door, to wait.
