I'm sorry, I must be going blind. Where the hell does she look fat or pregnant in this photo? There isn't a pick on her. The dress is gorgeous and could hardly be said to disguise any pregnancy bump. Has anyone wondered why Eva is saying she's just fat?
Could it be possible that due to potential miscarriages in the past that she is avoiding telling the media her special news, cause should the pregnancy be terminated early(for whatever reason), it would be devastating to have to deal with while the entire world sits back and criticizes you with what you could have different. Look at the heyday that the media had when Lily Allen had her miscarriage…enough said!
The use of ART today is highly prevalent in today's society but amongst the stars it's a taboo subject, because god forbid the people we put on high pedestals be less than the portrait of perfection that the media portrays.
Take PCOS for instance, it effects up to 10% of the female population but only a handful of stars actually admit to being a part of this endocrine disorder population.
I know it's fun to sit back and play the guessing game, but time will tell. If not then commend Eva for puting on a few pounds, it’s about time Hollywood does something about the widespread issues of eating disorders amongst Hollywood’s elite.

If I were someone who was overweight I would be totally offended by Eva Longoria's comments of being "just fat." There are millions of women out there who would die to look like she does right now. I can understand her not wanting to tell anyone for the first 3 months…but just say a simple NO when asked by the press and move on.
