She's had one unsuccessful CD, well according to the music biz since she only sold **gasp** 2 million copies of it, which is still pretty damn good in my book, but the girl has sold over 20 million records world wide. I don't think washed up is the term you should be using when referring to her.

She's working on finishing up her fourth album as we speak, which is being worked on by some of the best in the industry (including Ryan Tedder, who also produced the megahit "Bleeding Love"). Not to mention that she's touring with Reba McEntire right now on one of the best selling tours of the year.

Once again, Perez makes his musical naivete obvious. I wouldn't be so quick to call Kelly Clarkson washed-up. First of all, one SALES dud of an album doesn't necessarily mean she's done-for. Also, that which is unpopular isn't always that which is bad. Kelly's last album could have used some help to make it better, but it was a much more mature and artistic presentation than either of her last ones. The music that is most accessible is usually the music with the least amount of substance. Anyway, if Kelly's next album is a total disaster, then I'd say it's safe to consider her "washed-up", but until then, I'm going to say Perez needs to keep his mouth closed on this one. Save the venom for the untalented and idiotic Miley Cyrus/The Hills types out there who think they're more important than Benjamin Franklin.
