Hef Has To Cut Staff But Still Clings To His Bunnies

John McCain better get his ass in Washington and magically fix the economy quick because even Hugh Hefner is feeling the pinch!
The Bunny Man has been advised to cut back on some of his LA and NY staff in order to keep his enterprise afloat.
He could also try updating his photo shoots from the nineties.
Oh we know we know, you look at Playboy "for the articles."
Apparently, things have been struggling for a while over at the mansion, with shares plummeting from £6.20 to £1.55 (Just double it! You gotta work on your math skills!).
But, it's only recently that the failing economy has trickled down to Hef's staff.
This is just some icing on the cake amid scandals surrounding Holly and Kendra, which, of course, Hef denies.

I actually DO read Playboy for the articles. But Perez is correct. The models just aren't that sexy. They're sort of like cookie-cutter Barbie dolls. Playboy needs a little more edge and diversity in its pictorials if they want people to buy it for something OTHER than the articles.

It was only a matter of time before Playboy began to die. In the 50's, Hef touted his bunnies as the "girl next door". That really worked because every man wants that. Then, in the 90's, he made a fatal mistake by allowing implants and tattoos in the magazine. The girl next door doesn't have implants and tattoos. Men slowly became turned off and this is the result. If Hef had shown some backbone and demanded clean, natural girls only, which there are plenty of, Playboy would still be thriving.
