Out Of Hiding, Still A Crackhead, At Least She's Not Dead Yet!

And, no surprise, she was a big, behived, drugged-out mess.
Amy Winehouse emerged from her North London crack den to attend one of the fanciest events on the London social calendar, the Prince's Trust End of the Summer Ball.
Wino's 12-year old goddaughter (the same one she dragged to a bar a few weeks ago), Dionne, was invited to perform at the ball and the shambolic singer popped in to provide background vocal support.
Needless to say, the results were disastrous.
The UK's Daily Mail reports that onlookers were shocked at how out of it Amy was. A ball attendee recounted Wino's tragic showing to the paper: "It was tragic — she seemed totally wasted. She was jumping all over Dionne as the poor girl tried to sing for the crowd. Amy didn’t really sing a single note — it sounded more like she was grunting down the mic.'
The tragedy continued after her cringe worthy stage antics.
After the performance, Wino apparently roamed from table to table at the charity ball, demanding to meet famous people.
But, when asked to pose for the event's official photog, Crackie, "…flipped and tried to headbutt him. She looked like a woman possessed."
As Amy finally made her way backstage she reportedly collapsed in tears and kept saying, "Life can't go on, I can't do this."

Looks like drastic measures need to be taken, stat.
Can someone hook them up with Jamie Spears. He can probably give them a good lesson or two on how to help a troubled, celebrity daughter.

this is really sad. There honestly is nothing left of her other than skin, bones, and behive. It's really sad to see someone so incredibly talented throwing away their life. She has so much to live for, but shes wasting away her one life on drugs. Someone needs to force her into getting professional help. Someone insert an IV and get her started on some fluits or something.. she needs to gain at least 30 pounds.. if not more.

Anyone who thinks you can "make" an addict get help needs help themselves. Nobody can make anybody do what they don't want to do. Unless she commits a crime and is incarcerated (which would probably save her life) she will continue to spiral down. It's really sad to see. I have been clean for 6 years and it took me going to prison to stop.

jaime would not be of any help because the laws are probably different. I do wish they would try to commit her, but, as someone said, you can't force someone to come clean. You can cut her off from her money and hope after a while, people would get tired of giving her freebies. She looks dead now and probably the true Amy has not been here for years. What I can't understand, among other things about this situation, is how come the police can't arrest her? They know where's she's living, they know she's doing drugs in there, so why can't they go in and arrest her and therefore force her to get away from the drugs at least for a while?

And for all those people that say "how can her parents let her get like this"… if you were a parent with a drug addict child, I'm sure you'd understand that it's just not that easy. As for those who blame her family for "not doing anything", the family can only do so much. You can't make her go to treatment, you can't make her stay clean. I have no doubt whatsoever that even if she was stripped of her possessions and her money was entirely cut off, she would continue to use and progress with her obvious eating disorder. There's nothing anyone can do if she is resistant to help.
Going to have to lock her up in a hospital and enforce detox and sobriety. When her head gets clear enough she might even see the advantage of it herself. Cruel to be kind.
Glad she's not dead but…how great can her life be? Always looking for the next high. Even if she does make it through this for the rest of her life she'll either be resisting the urge to use or relapsing. I would hate to say better off dead but clearly she's struggling to even stay alive right now.
