Senator Ted Kennedy Suffers Mild Seizure - Hospitalized Briefly

The iconic politician is not doing well.
Senator Ted Kennedy's office issued a brief statement Friday night about his hospitalization yesterday.
They say:
“Senator Kennedy experienced a mild seizure at home in Hyannis Port today and was taken to Cape Cod Hospital for examination. Doctors believe the incident was triggered by a change in medication. Senator Kennedy will return home tonight and looks forward to watching the debate.”
Just weeks ago, the Senator underwent chemotherapy treatment for a malignant brain tumor that was diagnosed back in May.
So sad.

Kennedy killed Mary Jo Kopechne back in 1969. He has lived all these years without one moment of remorse. He is proud he got away with it because he is a Kennedy. Most people like me who remember those days and events hope his last days will be the same suffering Mary Jo lived in her last moments. He deserves no less. He is a Godless piece of dung.

He is a truly great man, and there are only a handful of people I would say that about.
My mom never liked him for the Mary Joe Kopeckne incident that someone mentioned. I'm slightly familiar with the incident and but not enough to have an opinion on it.
I love him because he has committed his entire life to public service and has always stood up for the less fortunate. Ever notice how none of the candidates ever talk about the needs of the poor (only the middle class)? Yep…that's because the poor have very little political sway. Kennedy, unlike most politicians, has always fought for the poor, to raise the minimum wage, etc.

never heard the story about the girl before, but i just looked it up. he didn't kill her. he made some dumb ass choices/mistakes, but he's not a merderer. he tried to save her. everyone was probably drunk, they all should have known not to drive or get in the car with a drunk. why the sympathy for joan kennedy? what'd she lose? marrying a kennedy, she knew what she was in store for.
