As we previously mentioned , recently rehabbed wacktress Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or medication in the Santa Barbara area of California.
Now, more arrest details have emerged about what led to the blonde's bust!
According to the LA Times, it was a concerned citizen who kept an allegedly impaired Heather off the streets.
The unnamed citizen called 911 to report that a woman, who turned out to be Locklear, was driving erratically.
Said citizen told cops that she saw a woman who was visibly impaired getting into a car in a parking lot at about 4:30 that afternoon.
Heather apparently went on to drive back and forth over a pair of sunglasses on the pavement and revving her engine. After leaving the parking lot, the former Melrose Place star then stopped her car on the street and stumbled into the traffic lane, according to the caller, who then proceeded to follow the troubled star out of concern.
By the time the California Highway Patrol caught up with Heather, she was parked on a highway lane and blocking traffic. An officer who talked to her determined that she was disoriented and "under the influence of something."
She was then whisked away to police headquarters and tested for alcohol and drugs.
The alcohol test came back negative.
Her drug tests will be returned in a few days.
Thank goodness Heather didn't seriously hurt herself or anyone else!

I got arrested for a DUI 4 years ago. A concern citizen found me passed out in my car, less then a block from my house, and called the police. Even though I got in to a shit load of trouble, I will always be grateful. I've could have killed someone . My BAL was .38 and I had just left an AA meeting. CRAZY and Stupid of me. That's to her I'm 4 years sober.
She probably mixed a drink with her meds … that's all it takes.

Poor thing…I think she's great…we've been loving her for years…she'll get it together again..it's hard going through a divorce in your 40's and living in the Hollywood bubble..getting older all at the same time..I feel for her….it's tough being a single mom in your '40's much less the whole world watching you grow older when you are suppose to look perfect…

They have pictures of the arrest at TMZ, which begs the question, how was the paps there? Are they the ones who actually called the police? Also the cops were taking pictures of her, very unprofessional. Something is wrong with all of this. But, oh well!
I know plenty of people who want help an can't afford it. She can afford to get any kind of help she needs. Can't feel sorry for her — She can afford to hire a driver. Get as f***ed up as you like girl, I'll party down with you, kill yourself if you like, but don't take others out in your wake. Selfish and how embarassing for your daughter. I can't think of any prescription med that would make your eyes dilate like that except for maybe Adderal or maybe some type of psychotic drug but its still nothing like THOSE eyes.
