Country singer Mindy McCready is going back to the place she loves the most.
Jail!
The 32 year old, was arrested in June and we told you she'd probably be back in jail again before the year was over.
And we were right.
According to a statement by her reps, Mindy will voluntarily surrender herself to authorities next Tuesday to serve 60 days for a probation violation in Tennessee.
McCready's attorney, Lee Ofman, said in the statement, "The successful completion of this sentence will satisfy her obligation to the State of Tennessee resulting from her probation violation."
Her arrest was back in June for violating her probation for prescription drug fraud.
As for McCready, she said in the statement, "I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain."
How exactly is she working hard at that?
She added, "I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander."
There's a shocker, McCready still has fans???

She is really looking rough. She is known most for having one good cd back in the 90's and for dating Dean Cain. I think they were even engaged at one point. It's really sad she has fallen so far.

at work we have to listen to the local country station, not only do they still play her music but they were talking about mindy on the radio yesterday and wishing her well. she probably has lots of fans in the country music world.
you would think that someone that supports charities would most likely support themselves…or at least obey the law…hmmm….hey, at least she will have some time to write some moody country music!…hey it worked great for johnny cash (folsom).
