Perez, how can anybody who lives in L.A. say anything good about this useless, publicity whore mayor of ours?! First, he has no money to build what he's talking about. This is just another photo op stunt. Secondly, his REAL legacy is going to be a broke city, controlled by gangs and chock full of destitute illegal aliens. We as Americans need to write our candidate as a Mutiny On the People. Since our political leaders have lost all bearings of right, wrong, left or extremes of either; some have given executives control of high office without the peoples permission to raid their retirements.
If so, shouldn't we the people be able to freeze those political leaders retirements until they can be considered for removal from office if their scruples are so misguided in offering a bailout of the largest crimes against those small business people who built this country, to what it was? Now they finance the loses on small businessmen, facing bankruptcy because of those theologic politicians of trust?

Mayor Villaraigosa, have you learned nothing from our current economic crisis? These people don't have houses because they can't afford them. Sad as it is, not everyone has the right to own a home. You have the right to own a home if you can afford it. By yourself. Not on the backs of taxpayers. P.S. Where exactly are you getting 5 billion dollars from? The well has run dry, Mayor. Perhaps Warren Buffet will loan you some money. If he thinks you're a good investment.

The housing market is fucked because democrats have tried to make housing "affordable" for 20 years. I have an idea. TELL PEOPLE TO QUIT ACTING GANGSTA, STAY IN SCHOOL, LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND GET A JOB.

Then peeps might find EXISTING housing is a bit more affordable.
