She did not attend WITH her son, he followed behind her with the nanny of the month. I have yet to remember the last time I have seen her holding this poor boy. She spends little enough time with her other two kids and husband, let's not pretend she's a mom to this little boy!!
She doesn't have to hold that kid. She's got too much money and can pay to have someoen else do the dirty work. The nasty little buggar isn't even really hers anyway, so who cares? I don't believe I was lugging my son around when he was three years old which David is now. I think his feet can carry him around perfectly well by now. It's only some celebrities who carry their kids around until they're ready to leave for college.
