Sued. Again.
Just when we thought things were going better for Ed McMahon, it takes a turn for the worse.
According to court documents, McMahon is now being sued by the late Merv Griffin's company.
Sued from the grave! So cruel.
Can't McMahon go a few days without being sued???
The suit is for a $100,000 loan they claim has gone unpaid.
We think McMahon really should have had a financial adviser. Or at least someone good!
The guy apparently didn't know how to manage his money!
The Griffin Group Inc. claims it loaned the money to McMahon back in 2005.
The suit was filed on Thursday and states that none of the loan has been repaid. Not even a penny back since 2005.
Shady.
McMahon's publicist didn't even bother to address the new lawsuit.
The suit is seeking for repayment of the loan, along with interest and attorney fees.
At this rate, we're sad to say but it looks like McMahon is just too old. He probably won't live to payback his debt.
