    obama isn't asking for these celebrities to endorse him. they are voluntarily coming out in public support of him. recognize the difference. the candidates can't force them to stop people from showing public support. let it go. the majority of hollywod is liberal. and i don't think anyone should be calling them stupid either. many of them are extremely well educated. i.e, natalie portman, matt damon, leonardo dicaprio, etc. there is obviously a reason why they like him. they are the ones who will be taxed the most in his administration and they support him anyway. that says a lot.

    Who cares, it's not like we don't already know who Hollywood is supporting. If we look at the networks and Hollywood they are already calling him Mr.President anyway and all of us haven't even had a chance to vote yet. I personally don't like celebs trying to influence my vote…on either side. Give them their 15 mintues of fame (they need it) and let them plunk out $10-$28,000 at his fundraisers. Obama can certainly identify with them a lot more than the average person anyway. They aren't changing my mind that's for sure.
