Eugene Hutz was born in Kiev and spent most of his life as a gypsy with his parents travelling Eastern Europe until he came to america and formed the band Gogol Bordello. You might have seen him in Everything is Illuminated at Alex Perchov. I love him GYPSY PUNK Y'ALL
