he is such a piece of shit. if her condition was so bad that she had to be committed for days and have her father completely take the reins for such a long period of time, he shouldn't be able to sell a sex tape that was filmed during that period of her life. how can that even be considered consent? i'm not saying he raped her, but her consent to the filming shouldn't hold up. i don't know if she has any actual legal options, but she should be able to argue she was not of sound mind at the time and her participation in the filming of it was only because of her deteriorated mental health, and she would have never consented to filming it otherwise. if a person is filmed without their knowledge it is against the law to distribute or profit from that tape, right?
