Paying Tribute

In honor of the late, great Paul Newman, Broadway's theaters will dim their lights for one minute at 8 p.m. on Friday.
Mr. Newman appeared in five productions on the Great White Way during his illustrious life.
Also, in case you missed it, the New York Times' Maureen Dowd wrote a touching article in memory of the Hollywood legend.

What a beautiful soul! Nobody will replace him. He stood up for everything and everyone! No one has that kind of guts now. Then he went into auto racing at age 70! Boy, did he live. RIP you beautiful soul!

His daugter meets someone in a chat room, then goes and meets him and she is raped, then 3 days later he is on here talking like a freaking perve himself, just like the guy who he said raped his daughter would. It is sickening. I work with rape victims, and if I even had an inkling one of my girls parents was like this person, I would try to have them removed from the home. Yo can call me any name you want, but I will NEVER stop, for her sake and for the sake of every girl out there who is lucky enough to make it out alive. I have no problem even with vulgar language, but it makes me sick when it comes from a parent who has been thru this. And do you know how many kids just like his? come on this site and pretend to be grown up. It is alot and they have to read this kind of crap from a man who says his daughter has been thru it. Why, just why would someone do that! Maybe if someone just explained it instead of just verbally assaulting me and threatening me, it would be different. But the way he just acted on here rally makes me worry even more about his kid. god forbid his children should ever piss him off. It really boggles my mind that antone on this site would align with him.

Beautiful on the inside as well for his humanitarianism and probably THE most successful Hollywood marriage ever. My heart goes out to his wift Joanne Woodward.

Paul Newman was such an amazing actor, husband, and humanitarian. He will be missed.
He deserves every tribute he has received and will receive…a true class act and a reminder of what a celebrity used to be. He was the last of his kind.
