The Partridge Family Version 2.0

The 1970's classic The Partridge Family is receiving a 2008 remake on NBC.

A fan of the original series, writer Jeff Rake says he is going to "turn the premise on its head."

And just how exactly is he doing that?

"In the original, the kids actually recruited their mom to front the band, which I can't see happening in any family on this planet. The new version will reflect what seems to me to be the more realistic family band scenario these days: a struggling, sort of well-meaning mom pimping her kids in order to create a wholesome-slash-sexy cash cow."

That show is already on E! - it's called Living Lohan.

Sure, they talk back and forth about sex, dicks, bending over, ect…but if you look, sometimes whoever is writing gets confused and just tries to answer his or her own question. I have had zero problems with this site so somebodies computer is getting a virus from continuing to "refresh" as he/she says. He/she is Andy27…abercory…bouge….and now he/she is 3 or 4 new people.

they already attempted to bring back the partridge family a couple years ago and it was heinous and only lasted a couple episodes. they even had a friggen reality show to find laurie and keith…cmon, once was enough
