Will She Be Prosecuted???

Heather Locklear remains in limbo as she awaits the results of her drug test from her DUI arrest of last weekend.
The Melrose Place alum was arrested in Santa Barbara, California, on Saturday on suspicion of driving while under the influence. Alcohol was reportedly not involved, leading police to think Locklear was under the influence of drugs or medication. Her drug tests will be returned in a few days, so we'll know for certain then.
Even more interesting is the fact that police were informed of Locklear's erratic driving by a "concerned citizen."
Well it turns out that the concerned citizen is actually former paparazzo boss Jill Ishkanian, who used to work for US Weekly and later formed a photo agency.
In her 911 call, Ishkanian claims Locklear seems "tipsy" though that report isn't matching up to what witnesses saw.
One witness on the scene, Santa Barbara resident Alex Paillon, says that Locklear "did not seem to be drunk at all. She seemed to be acting normal, totally normal. She was just really messy, but not drunk."
Well, you shouldn't be driving messy!
Paillon had seen Locklear in a shopping center just moments before her arrest.
He adds, "I was really surprised to hear she got a DUI because, I mean, I just saw her coming out of the store. She looked fine."
And while police say there was no sign of excessive alcohol consumption, a "drug recognition expert" told police she did appear to be under the influence of some drugs.
Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter says, "Toxicology is one piece of information that I want to have in hand before I review the case. Obviously, I want as much information as I can get before I can review the case for any filing, if there is going to be a filing."
As for the former reporter and photog Ishkanian, her attorney says she did nothing wrong by following Locklear, calling in the DUI allegation, and then taking photos of her sobriety test, which were eventually sold for $27,000.
The D.A. says he expects a decision to be made within the next two to three weeks on whether to file charges against Heather.
He adds, "This case is being handled just like any other case of this type."
She better pray her drug tests come back negative!

I'm sure she is on the usual hollywood/psych doc prescription, Valium or something similar - and in that case, her pupil reaction would cause a drug "expert" to claim she was in fact under the influence.
This story is so overblown it's not even funny.
The only real story is the part about the bitch that possibly lied when she called the police saying she was under the influence.
Other reports/witnesses are saying her car broke down, and other witnesses said she was trying to push it off the road herself.
If she was pulling out of the parking lot and her car began to fizzle out, it could explain why she stopped and then backed up. Engine seemed fine for a minute so she continued forward again - thus the part about "running back and forth over sunglasses" - then when she got out on the road, her car finally did die.
Give it a rest.
Depending on the state, the po pos can nail you for DUI for anything- driving or standing by your car in which you obviously drove. She needs help and should get it. She has a daughter for Christ's sake. She should grow up.
