According to preliminary reports, the VP debates between Joe Biden and Sarah Palin were up 33% from last week's Prez debate between Barack Obama and John McCain.

These are early reports and could change. Six major markets (including politically minded LA and Miami) weren't included in these early reports.

I want to like Palin, I really do. But it is staggering how incapable she is of managing a question that requires thought, careful articulation, and an educated response. I'd rather her say "I'm new to this but I'm a quick learner and I'll get it fast" then to make up shit or completely change the fucking subject. A leader, whether you're number 2 or number 1, should be someone who inspires action. The only action she inspires is to make me throw up a little in my mouth.

The only real success she has last night was not drooling on stage.

Obama is not qualified for the job either. No one is. It's not like you can get promoted to President. There is no Assistant President Training Program like there is a Burger King. What Obama can do it think quickly on his feet. To make a good decision, as evidenced by picking a running mate who excel in areas he's not strong in. McCain picked a talking vagina with glasses.

Although she was well trained for this debate she still sounded stupid. Never really answered questions. Then the shoutout she did. This isn't TRL. Palin's "answers" to the questions were laughable. She's a robot and looked put-off when asked questions that were not in her script the Republicans gave her at rehearsal. Like "Oh Geez" "gosh darn", she did NOT sound like a professional to me. I was embarrassed for her. She kept going back to Energy when she didn't know what else to say. It's called a skill-set. Palin HAS the skill-set to be VP. Obama may have the more prestigous education, but the type of intellectual he is does better at philosophizing, forming focus groups, hosting forums, and attempting unsuccessfully to build consensus - BEFORE deciding where he stands on an issue. That is a very weak approach from someone who we expect to be a leader. A very smart man, no doubt, but NOT presidential material. BIDEN is better qualified to be president than Obama.

Going to college doesn't give you any Executive experience to run a country. Obama could have put his Harvard education to good use during his short time in the senate, but instead he chose to do nothing and vote present 130 times. That doesn't show any Executive decision making abilities, it shows laziness and lack thereof. Frank, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, rejected a Bush administration and Congressional Republican plan for regulating the mortgage industry in 2003, saying, “These two entities – Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac – are not facing any kind of financial crisis.” According to a New York Times article, Frank added, “The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing.”
Need I say more about the stupidity in blaming Bush for all of the problems with the economy?

The reason why the VeeP debates were more popular is the fact that it's a strong possibility that one of these people will be running the White House as President. On one hand, John McCain is seriously gonna die any day now-he can barely even talk, my grandfather is 67 or 68 and can speak 3x better than McCain. On the other hand, Barack Obama has already had numerous death threats (hate to say it cause that's who I'm voting for) and we know how that could end… so that's why the VeeP is more important than ever before.
