Even the editorial page said Biden wins and Palin passes. I still think she came across much better than her interveiws of late but didn't like the fact that she wouldn't asnwer the questions that were asked.
She's great at remember the same ol' lines that she has been spewing for awhile now. However when the moderator asked her something a little different, she would pause then go back to one of the ol' lines. This entire week has been nothing but crap on how the interviews with Couric were so bad. Everyone has attacked her on them….and she went into it knowing that a lot of people expected her to do terribly.

everyone's right she didn't answer some of the questions she was asked however she was straight forward with the audience and that's something she's been trying to show the general public. McCain, Obama and Biden all avoided certain questions. Like when Obama was asked what promises he was willing to go back on to accommodate the bail out plan, or when mccain was asked to explain his decision making on some of the things he supported the bush administration… if you look at the first half of the debate the moderator calls out both candidates for not answering questions. I'm not saying she's knew the answers but lets just recognize that all candidates avoid certain questions because there's just no good way for them to answer

This entire week has been nothing but crap on how the interviews with Couric were so bad. Everyone has attacked her on them….and she went into it knowing that a lot of people expected her to do terribly.
First, everyone will interpret ANYTHING said by either party & spin it into what makes that other party look the worst.
Second, she was clear, direct, and did not fumble her words at all. Biden however, would start on something, stop…and at one point even said "umm….wait…let me put this another way"….and then starts talking about something different. He was dull. He was negative. He focussed on Bush's failures as they always do. The fundamental problem with America is the lack of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. This race has been filled with nothing but finger pointing by the dems….and as always, they don't walk the walk.
If anyone made a horrible choice in picking a VP it was Obama. Hilary (even though I don't care for her personally) would have actually added some good sense to Obama's campaign…which currently has none.
My problem with this woman is that she takes serous political issues like jokes, she’s like; (with a fake smiled on her face) I have no experience, I’m not fit for his job at all, but I can say silly phases and I’m taking the attention from the real candidates so deal with it America!!!

Anyone who wants to be a voice of reason needs to express reasonable facts, not vague opinions. Obama and Biden state facts, which can then be easily verified for accuracy, or they state specific future strategies, which they can be held accountable for.

everyone's right she didn't answer some of the questions she was asked however she was straight forward with the audience and that's something she's been trying to show the general public. McCain, Obama and Biden all avoided certain questions. Like when Obama was asked what promises he was willing to go back on to accommodate the bail out plan, or when mccain was asked to explain his decision making on some of the things he supported the bush administration… if you look at the first half of the debate the moderator calls out both candidates for not answering questions. I'm not saying she's knew the answers but lets just recognize that all candidates avoid certain questions because there's just no good way for them to answer

The only reason the debate was even watched was becasue the Media was waiting for Palin to say somethign stupid or for Biden to put his foot in his mouth again.
