Re: mamajud – nah… I think the conservatives on here are just a tad bit older than the Obama supporters, who I gather from their posts are either foreigners (LOL) or first-time voters, or not even old enough to vote. We can forgive them for they know not what they do. They are being indoctrinated by their professors, and radicalized, and most of them are extremely susecptible… not too bright, self-aggrandizing, etc. When they grow up, get jobs, have kids, and start paying taxes they'll feel differently. :) As you know, my brother is a profesor at an Ivy. I have an insider's understanding of how the left takes control of impressionable minds. Well, hell… anybody who's been to college - Ivy or not - knows that anyway.

      interesting……..i learned something new today

Perhaps it would have been a good idea to research it before you accused me of being wrong.

Therein lies the problem with your politics.

      mamajud [286] says: i don't argue with blowhards……pointless
      .
irking the shit out of you…………priceless
      ================================
I'm not bragging. Bragging is when a person boasts about their achievements. It's not bragging if that person is answering to allegations with facts, but I recognize the consistency in the American culture to offset insecurities with insults.
      ———————————————————-
You claim to be an adult, yet you just admitted that you get your kicks out of irking and annoying. That is lame and pathetic.
      ———————————————————-

Smirks [289] says: Sen. John McCain has been a crusader against so-called earmarks, and says that his opponent, Sen. Barack Obama, has asked for almost $1 billion in pork-barrel projects for his state in just less than "FOUR YEARS" in the Senate.
      —————————-
You are so desperate to beat me, but it's not gonna happen. You are not bright enough; and it is lame to try and uphold hypocritical statements that were made by a lying fool.
      —————————————————–

    5. 305

Why didn't you also report that Republican Sen. Thad Cochran earmarked more than $800 million in just ONE YEAR? Why didn't you also report that Sarah Palin earmarked more than $450 million when she had only been sitting as a governor for less than two years?
      —————————————————–
What is even more hypocritcal is that Sarah Palin was even earmarking federal funds while she was still sitting as Mayor of Wasilla, because she hired a lobbying firm run by the former Republican Senator for Alaska, Ted Stevens, one of Washington's most legendary earmarkers, to do it for her.
      —————————————————–

    6. 306

In 2000, while Sarah Palin’s constituents in Wasilla were getting about 20 times the national average in earmarked federal funding, McCain’s constituents in Arizona were getting less than half of the national average, because McCain wanted to change the rules on earmarking, so he stubbornly refused to persue them on behalf of his "needy" Arizona constituents, even after it became clear that the rules would not be changed. Millions of dollars that might have gone to Arizona, would then go to other parts of the country. The data indicates that if Arizona had matched the national average, they would have received more than $133 million dollars in additional federal investments in schools, hospitals, roads, and so forth. In fact, the database indicates that Arizona rated dead last among the 50 states in per capita earmarked funds at $18.70 per person. In comparison, Sarah Palin took $1.6 million in earmarked funds for Wasilla, which had less than 5,500 residents, which translates to $1,000.00 per person. Both of these candidates are selfishly despicable. If I lived in the State of Arizona, I would be pissed fucking off.
      —————————————————–

    7. 307

Why did you also fail to mention that the group "Taxpayers for Common Sense", gave Obama positive recognition for disclosing those requests, which most members of Congress refuse to do?
      —————————————————–
IDIOT. Either you are inherently stupid; or you are inherently stupid AND related to John McCain.
      .
This is my last reply to you. I will no longer read or reply to your ridiculous Republican lies and rhetoric. You are a stooge. Go and vote for McCain, because stupid is, as stupid does….and you just can't stop stupid.

Re: uraPIGperez – i just realized that the only thing i know as fact about you, is that your intuition is pretty lacking. I chuckle at your description of me being a big ole granny. I'll not be laying out my measurements to you, but, you are way waaay off ;)
      .
you should try to get off your high horse….your constant chides really are off putting.. .just saying, it speaks to your credibility on the other stuff you say. You are intelligent and have a passion for your agenda. More people would be likely to listen if you weren't so judgmental.

    13. 313

Big fuckin do, McCain is going to win and you better vote for him.
      Ya know what I mean?

    16. 316

Now that the race is getting tighter and McCain and Palin are starting to unload on Obama, P has gone silent on the politics. What gives? I think Obama's attempt to smear McCain are weak and they've already thrown the kitchen sink at Palin. Looks like McCain was holding his ammo til October. Now Obama is having reporters detained in Kenya, he's singing a different tune on Ayers, and the FEC is about to begin an anal probe on his fundraising. This should be a fun month.

I've been busy with school. Getting back in the classroom at 44 requires a little more focus (I'm absolutely obsessed with my grades). I'll be here more on the weekends.

      l
I am motivated by the need to teach immature, narrow-minded American adults, that there is a better way to live their life and inspire their youth, than by announcing that they take glee in being deliberately annoying; especially when it is clearly a dishonest manoeuvre at concealing your jealousies and insecurities.

I never understood why foreigners get so wrapped up in American politics. Maybe it's a vicarious indulgence since their political system is so boring, inflexible, intolerant, repressive, broken, and over-reaching. Makes sense.

    29. 329

For those of you "actually like Palin" She is an idiot. She can't even properly answer a question. And her 3rd graders from wherever probably did help prepare her for her debate. I fear for our country if one day she became the president.

    30. 330

Re: sexilexi – your an idiot… Did you watch the entire clip or just the sexy sarah parts? Joe Biden was picked on just as much. And since you opened that can of worms.. why is it that you like Sarah Palin? I feel everyone is entitled to thier own opinion…as long as its not a STUPID one :) The only thing I find not fair is that I have to share air with morons :)
