Rocker Eddie Van Halen is finally going to remarry.
Van Halen, 53, has proposed to his girlfriend, 38 year-old publicist Janie Liszewski.
This summer the rocker and his gal were vacationing in Hawaii. That's when he took her to a private room at a Tiffany's store and popped the question.
A source says, "They are happy, healthy, very much in love and looking forward to living life together forever. They are devoted to each other and to experiencing life in a whole new, positive and passionate way."
This will be the first wedding for Liszewski and the second for Van Halen.
Eddie was previously married to Jenny Craig spokeswoman Valerie Bertinelli, with whom they have a 17 year old-son, Wolfgang.
According to the source, the couple plans to marry next June.

this is crazy! i used to work with janie all the time when she was a publicist for the porn company NinnWorx, and then NinnWorx collabo'd with van halen when he did the music for one of the pornos and she left the company to be eddie and the band's personal publicist. now they're getting married. how effing random!!!!!!
