i actually have a thyroid problem not unlike Oprah's and I totally understand what she's going through, the crazy fluctuating weight, the constant gaining weight even though you exercise like crazy, the inability to lose a pound. I understand her pain!

Oprah is Oprah, albeit it slim, "normal" or large. No matter what her size is, she's still the same woman. I give her credit for not hiding out when she's gained weight; she keeps on going, no matter what. No doubt she's learned to accept her weight fluctuation and continues accordingly. Wouldn't you love to see her closets? One section for "Grande"; another for "Medium" and one for "Little O"… She's an amazing woman.
