I've never seen a performer as young as Avril deteriorate so quickly. She was full of life and spark 5 years ago and now she's pathetically sad, talentless and self-absorbed. Watching her makes me think she was in a drunken stupor all day and doused with a bucket of ice before they shoved her onto the stage. Her clothing line's hideously outdated (she has ties on the shirts!-her retired trend, no less), and overpriced so she can maintain her 'Joe Six Pack' image. Sad.

Ugh. I feel bad saying this, but I've just gotten so tired of her already. She's simply mediocre in a world full of endless REAL talent (Which is, ironically, never discovered), and she needs to retire. Plus, she's just a sassy, spoiled child who has never really understood what it's like to be a real adult in the real world.

What's offensive? I don't like candy pop either Perez (even though you seem to..) but I know there is a room for it. Music is music. I don't like Avril's music, but I would never attempt to YAY for it go. SOME people like it. And as long as it's bringing joy to SOME people, that's all it matters.
