Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are absolutely in luuurve with baby Harlow.
Nicole goes so far as to puree fresh green beans to feed her daughter and records every smile in a diary. And for that, Joel doesn't mind sometimes taking orders from Nicole.
In a new interview this week, Momma Richie reveals that plans her life around the baby, but says she's retained her sense of self.
And just how exactly is little Harlow doing?
Nicole gushes, "Harlow's a delicate soul. She studies people. She's very coy. People say that she and I make the same expressions. But everyone says she looks like Joel."
But Joel is quick to add, "I'm cool with it, as long as she doesn't look like me in a wig when she's 16."
Yes, that would be unfortunate.
In the middle of organizing a mid-October walk to end homelessness, the young family just moved into a new LA home, after spending the summer on the road with Good Charlotte.
Keeping things traditional, Nicole takes care of the baby while Joel takes care of the finances, and even has all of Harlow's education planned out.
So is the wedding planned out?
Nicole says it will happen when it happens, and everyone will know.
And more kids?
Joel says, "If it could be as easy as Harlow, sure."

What are they doing that is so special? They just want constant media attention because they do not have talent, so what to do? oh my god, SHE WENT SO OUT OF HER WAY TO PUREE FRESH GREEN BEANS!! whoa, she is so totally amazing!!! big fucking deal. my mom never fed me baby food from jars and ONLY pureed fresh fruits and vegetables for me - and we weren't even rich! but my mom didn't record every fucking smile in a diary - she couldn't afford to pay an assistant to do that shit for her like nicole.
Re: Sistah Mary – true - but have you seen the baby clothes out in stores for common people too? EVERYTHING has 'princess' written on it. at least the celebrity culture can live like princesses - as opposed to a bunch of common people who just pretend and get us into credit crises - think how those kids are going to feel when they grow up and don't get to pretend to be 'princesses' anymore.
