Good news Connecticut ticket holders!
According to Janet Jackson's promoters (LiveNation), she's expected to be well enough for her Saturday, October 11th tour stop in Uncasville, CT.
In a statement LiveNation said, “Janet, who has been under her doctor’s care and recuperating over the last week, is excited about getting back on the road and again being able to share with her fans what she feels is one of her best stage shows ever.”
We'll see, right y'all?!
P.S. If she's well enough to perform this weekend, then why did she just postpone her NYC show from next week ’til Nov. 1st???

the MYC concert was postponed so that there isnt a 3 night in a row concert! if uve seen the show, u know it is VERY grueling for her dancing and walking all over that huge stage for 2.5 hrs. Plus, its better for NYC cause now they are on a saturday night!
Sick, yeh sick of the sight of herself in this banana suit. I think that when JJ caught sight of the post concert photo's in this disasterous get up she went into shock and has been starving herself ever since. She will emerge at least 14 pounds slimmer (thanks to all the lipo and fasting) and will continue the tour with a more favourable image. You mark my words, this is what happened!

Perez…people who have been very ill and have a job that takes a lot of physical energy cannot usually go back to life as it was before right away. It takes some time to build that stamina again. Imagine being very very sick for a week, then being expected to do something as physical as her performances are, back to back (so to speak). If she is expected to be well enough to continue her concerts, and she has been extremely ill, then she has to come back slowly.

I know it's more fun but damn. Madison is rescheduled cuz she has to reschedule all those damn shows she missed. I am looking forward to seeing her. Pisses me off cuz she always gets sick - even when she was a guaranteed sell with JANET and RN, Velvet Rope - she drops sick a lot - I sincerely hope she shows up and that she's well. Janet is back, I saw her at LA and she was awesome. I'm glad to see that she will continue her show. Her fans can expect a great time.

I love Janet! She is awesome =) I love her new CD Discipline, and I loved the one before that, 20 Y.O., not to mention her past CDs. Janet is great so quit hating! If this new show is anything like her Velvet Rope concert, than it is for sure amazing!
