This story doesn't seem accurate. i heard about a woman emailing Best Week Ever from AZ, saying that most of the crew of Transformers 2 were eating dinner at a restaurant in Tuscon, and Shai wouldn't take a pic with her when she asked. I read the actual email online, which was extremely humorous, as it appeared that either she was inebriated at the time she wrote it, or she has horrible grammar.

this is sooooooooo true. shia actually came up to my friends and i when he was parking with some friends. and he got out of the truck walked over to us then he just started talking to us and my friends didn't really recognize him so they were a little mean to him. he asked us what were we doing that night and we told him we were going to decos and basically kept asking questions but it's either he wanted to come with us or he wanted us to come with him but either way he was getting a little up close and personal and some of my friends. it's ok i still say he's hot. i didn't mind him talking to us even though he was a little too close to us. They WERE shooting Transformers on the Navy Base in Coronado, CA (small island on the San Diego bay) Saw him in his make up, half his face was blown off and his clothes were ripped. Can't wait to see the movie. =]
