      clearly no one knows anything. the market was closed for a week after september 11th. I'm surprised they haven't done this yet it seems pretty logical. trading is too volatile..things need to calm down for a bit.

      Too much government intervention is what has caused this crisis. The crazy thing is we need more governement intervention to get out of it. We would have been better off without th ebail out. The markets could have hit bottom, and many of us could have bought low and sold high. Its insane to believe people who can not afford a house, got one anyway. No credit No problem! May work on a 12,500 KIA but not a 200,000 house

      Closing it is not the problem. Re-writing the rules…they may never get it open again if they do that:P There's a lot of dissension just in the EU, never mind the "entire world". Well, good luck to them though. Maybe they can sort it out. Couldn't make it much worse.

      Wow. I believe this is going to get a lot worse. The thing is, I am writing this hours later after the initial post. At this time, there were just over 30 posts and of course, not all of the comments were written by intelligent people who could contribute something to the post that bears any relevance with what was written. This is a very sad situation that more people have something to say about some ho's na-na being flashed yet again, than they do about something (like, oh I don't know… the way we will be spending the rest of our lives in the financial world) that will affect them directly. I also understand that this is a celebrity gossip blog, but good grief people! This might be the only place that you get your knowledge from about what is going on this planet, but please don't announce it with your comments that you think is cute and or funny, it's embarrassing.

      Really: For quite some time now the EURO indeed HAS and DID become sort of the(!) key currency in international business! Lot s of big Asian and Russian and Indian investors already switched to Euro…:-) You in America just do not NOTICE anything that s going on OUTSIDE your country, which is part of a lot of your internal and external problems………or else you would have detected this already! :-)

      The whole world is suffering because of the greed of these rich assholes. They would rather spend our money on materialistic things for themselves instead of what they're really supposed to spend it on…keeping their companies going so things like this don't happen. They'll all be fine in the end though, just the poor to the middles class will continue to struggle. Why should they care? They can just use our money to take a vacation or by a $12,000 purse to make themselves feel better. I fucking hate corporate rich people!
