45-year old Johnny Depp has been voted as the sexiest man in the world by the UK edition of Cosmopolitan magazine.

The slivering fox George Clooney (47) came in at number two and Jake Gyllenhaal (27) clocked in third.

The young guys just can't compare to the men who got their breaks in the 80's!

Poppa Brad Pitt was ranked #5 and the delicious David Beckham only came in at 9.

Yay Johnny! Clooney number at two? Not with that mustache I've seen on him lately. I would take Daniel Craig off the list, he always strikes me as stupid: stupid ears, stupidly squinty little eyes, and his personality is like dry toast. Ditto on Justin Timberlake EWWWW! I agree with Johnny Depp being number one because although you may find some men hotter and most men uglier, you will never find a man just like Johnny Depp. Not only is he gorgeous and possesses sex appeal, but the man is incredibly talented and radically polished. He has made a statement and marked his way in the industry. There are millions upon millions of men that are good looking, but what makes them stand out are those other qualities that go beyond the exterior.
