Actually he looks a hell of a lot better. The shorter 'do takes years off his face. We could have done without the highlights, but overall a vast improvement.

I don't think he looks all that bad here.
The picture on the right looks like the cute guy that played Stiffler on The Naked Mile. He also reminds me of a young John Lithgow the way he made his face expressions in the naked mile.
I think his new do looks good. He looks better here than I've seen him look in a long time.
