And to those fucktards who say they don't believe in the candidates etc…you are giving up a hard won right to vote in a democratic society!! People fight wars over not being able to vote fiarly and you're throwing away! Defacing your vote is still counted as a vote. You should do it even if it is to deface the ballot. I can't accept that people don't bother to get off their butts to vote, it's disgusting. I think it should be mandatory and if you don't do it, you get a fine, as they do in (I believe Australia).

I'm so glad I live in Québec, the best part of Canada. I therefore can vote for the Bloc Québécois, a sovereignist party. We in Québec have absolutely nothing in commom with the rest of Canada. We drink wine mostly, they drink hard liquor. They own guns, we are against guns. They eat mostly beef, we eat French cuisine, MMMMMMM….. I could go on and on. They speak English only, we are bilingual and intelligent. Vive le Québec, vive le Bloc Québécois !

Also, last i checked there are hunters in quebec as well. the NDP's that ran Ontario were PROVINCIAL….this party is a completely SEPERATE party altogether as it is FEDERAL!!!… None of the same NDP'ers are in the FEDERAL party… in fact, the NDP'er that ran Ontario, Bob Rae, is now a LIBERAL!!!
Also, why is everyone so damn excited about the GST cut? Is the majority of our population seriously THAT NAIVE? When is SERIOUSLY the last ime ANYONE other than car and home buyers benefited from the GST cut? The fact of the matter is that it was a vote buying scheme meant to make Canadians feel "special" that Harper would cut the GST…. the GST paid down our WORLD DEBT!!! Now we're paying less towards it, and in the end, will get SCREWED for higher interest!!!! LMAO…. The average store owner is NOT going to change EVERY bloody price in his store to accomodate 2%… rather, he's going to keep the price the same as it always has, and pocket that extra 2% rather than possibly doing something productive with it like PAY OUR DEBT OFF….
You will NEVER see the benefits of the GST cut unless you are about to buy a home or car, and let's face it, with the economy the way it is, just about how many people will be making those types of purchases?!!!

Re: Cleopatra – Um, I'm half french canadian, and alot of my family lives in Quebec. The things you listed have very little to do with Quebec or Canada as a whole. Hardly anyone carries a gun here in Ontario and last time I checked Quebec police were the ones with the reputation for being a little 'thuggish'. Also, what ppl drink depends on preference, not on region. I have wine all the time, as well as beer and hard liquor. It depends on the occasion. Also, I'm bilingual, as are a lot of people who live in Ottawa because we're right beside Quebec. Speaking french doesn't make you intelligent or sophisticated, it means you speak french. It is ridiculous to say that the rest of Canada is one way and Quebec is another. Canada is massive, of course there are cultural differences from region to region. This is by far not limited to Quebec just because Quebec is mostly francophone. Oh and btw, there are alot of francophones in New Brunswick too.

Re: Moonmoth – Gilles Duceppe is not a separatist. He is a sovereignist. When have you heard of a "separated" country, while we know many "sovereign" countries. English Canada always use the word "separatist" for propaganda purposes. Gilles Duceppe wants Québec to be a sovereign country.
