Human kind never ceases to take the low road. It's not like this is deep, insightful music that was uncovered… these lyrics could have been written and sung by anyone. It's all to make money though, and I'm sure we'll be hearing about how she's a "legend" and all of that bullshit and dumb people will buy it like they buy everything else that's been marketed to them enough. Bah.

They said a decent percentage of the profits will be going to her non-profit and her orphanage in Honduras. I don't think it'll be like most posthumously released albums and going to the pockets of the family. Having the profits going to her non-profit and the orphanage would be something that Left-Eye would want anyways.
I love her.. everyone made such a fucking stink when Aaliyah died (may she rest in peace, she was amazing don't get me wrong) I just don't feel Lisa got half the praise she deserved after she died.. Re: The Mary – I agree with you to a point, but some people, especially her fans don't need it to be "deep and insightful" to enjoy the fact after 6 years it's being released.. I loved "left-eye"- I was seriously upset when she passed away, it's nice to hear something new from her, even if it may sound old and outdated to some and lack any sort of "depth" to others… I will be giving my money who the "ignorant" people who want to release it, not because I want to line their pockets (even though that's exactly what I'll be doing) but because I am and always will be a fan of hers..
Why is it sooo okay for people to release CD after CD since Tupac passed away, but when someone releases Lisa's material, they are money grubbing assholes.. did anyone stop to think that maybe, and I could be very wrong, but maybe this is something SHE HERSELF would have wanted, to continue on her memory, to give people that really did support her to the fullest (aka her fans) something…

I actually liked the song, it's well done…creepy to think about it though knowing she is gone and all, but cool at the same time knowing a part of her still carries on.
