Katy Perry gave the most memorable performance of the evening at the 15th annual Los Premios MTV Latin America in Guadalajara, Mexico, on Thursday night.
In celebration of the show's 15th birthday, the singer decided to do a Quinceañera-themed performance to her international smash I Kissed A Girl, complete with a big poofy dress and a huge, oversized cake, which she DOVE into at the end.
It got so messy with cake that Katy couldn't even stand up when it was all said and done. She kept slipping!
It was hilarious and so rock 'n' roll.

I was there in the show! I have to say at some point in her 20 falls i felt bad for her, the crowd laughed so hard and particularly well choreographic.
I LOOOOOVED and believe everyone else did too, see her as a Quinceañera everything was really cute, though very cliché but nice. JARED LETO and company had a great time while they were here in Guadalajara, he was seen in every important party before and after the show.
