Again, you are an idiot. No wonder publicists use you and worse. Foreign journalists can report on most anything now. Because they aren't allowed to see what they don't want reported on and that will not change. Anyone who spends anytime in China knows this as the restrictions on foreign press are routinely if indirectly reported daily on CCTV. Even on CCTV-9, the English Language CCTV channel. You really are an idiot.
China makes laws to make the country look good, then ignores them. You can do that when you control the press. These laws are just window dressing.
