Exciting news!
After a 10-year absence, Liza Minnelli is set to return to the Great White Way!
Liza will be playing the Palace Theater from December 3-14 in a show called Liza's at the Palace.
She'll be accompanied by pianist-musical supervisor Billy Stritch, a 12-piece orchestra and four dancer-singers.
Liza classics like Cabaret and New York, New York will be performed for you dedicated fans.
The show will also celebrate Kay Thompson, L's godmother.
In addition to appearing in films like Funny Face, Miz Thompson also wrote the Eloise books!
Sounds like a show that should not be missed!

I actually saw Liza in St. Louis about a month ago and she performed the show that will be at the Palace. She was surprisingly excellent. She's still a great performer! She did go on about an hour late though and there was one part of the performance where she comes out in just a tunic with black tights and thigh high boots - no pants. Memorable.
She could fit two horse wieners in there.
Yay Love Liza. She's a damn good performer and was brilliant in Cabaret. She's still not as good as her mother though. Judy Garland, now that's the greatest talent hollywood has ever known. You must like her Perez. She was incredible. You people go crazy over Britney Spears, yeah she's just nothing compared to the talent of the legend Judy Garland.

I saw her, locally, about 4 years ago in a show. She was fantastic! Who woulda believed it? She looked fab and her talent was still there!
