United States prosecutors told a judge to go ahead and throw the book at Anne Hathaway's shady ex, crooked Italian businessman Rafaello Follieri. In fact, they said to go ahead and throw a couple books at him. Hardbound, if possible.
Prosecutors submitted papers today, Monday, saying that Follieri deserves more than the four years he's pleading guilty for, and that he should be granted no leniency. After all, he did cheat investors out of millions in false Catholic properties and then used the money to live lavishly, including but not limited to a fancy $37,000 a month Manhattan apartment.
