David Duchovny's heaping it on with a lawsuit against the Mail on Sunday for publishing a story alleging he had an affair with his Hungarian tennis instructor, the now-infamous Edit Pakay.
His attorney, Larry Stein, says there was nothing romantic between the two.
A divorce, rumors, and a lawsuit.
David's got his work cut out for him!
This will shorten his lifespan by a few.
